Oregon Blueberries & Cream Iced Coffee
Blueberries and lemon make a perfect pair.
Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Half and half or desired creamer
- Cold brew coffee
Instructions
- In a small saucepan combine blueberries, water, granulated sugar, and brown sugar and bring to a low simmer.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes or until your mixture has reduced by about half.
- Remove from heat then add vanilla extract.
- For a smooth blueberry syrup press through a mesh strainer then allow to cool in the refrigerator in a jar or an airtight container.
- To assemble your Oregon Blueberries & Cream Iced Coffee, in a glass add ice, blueberry syrup and cream, then top with cold brew or espresso.
- Mix and enjoy!
