This delicious fruit-forward blueberry flatbread is loaded with blueberry sauce, creamy goat cheese, sweet honey, and fresh basil.
Ingredients
- Prepared Oregon Blueberry Sauce
- 1 - 13.8 oz. roll of pizza dough
- 4 oz. chèvre goat cheese
- Fresh basil
- Honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 475°
- Unroll premade dough out onto non-stick baking sheet. Pierce with a knife to avoid any air bubbles and bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and crumble goat cheese over partially baked pizza dough, then top with prepared Oregon Blueberry Sauce.
- Bake for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melty and crust has browned.
- Remove from oven, top with fresh basil and a drizzle of honey. Cut into slices and enjoy!
