Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh Oregon blueberries, plus more for topping
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 T. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Granola or graham crackers for topping
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until completely smooth. Add milk and thoroughly combine into the mixture.
- Stir in the old-fashioned oats until evenly combined.
- Fold in the fresh Oregon blueberries.
- Divide the mixture between jars or containers and cover tightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until thick and creamy.
- Stir before serving and add a splash of milk for a looser consistency.
- Top with extra fresh Oregon blueberries and granola or graham cracker crumbs before serving. Enjoy!
